I just realized that I hadn’t shared any recipes for making steak dishes. I decided to make up for it by including two in this post. Enjoy!
Grilled Steak Recipe with White Onion and Chili
There are a lot of delicious ways to prepare steak. Here is one grilled steak recipe I found from a Spanish cook I spoke with.
Ingredients that you Need
1/4 piece of white onion
1 piece of serrano chili
salt to taste
4 branches of fresh coriander
1 piece of avocado
ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup of olive oil
salt to taste
1 tablespoon of paprika
2 pieces of beef steak
3 pieces of white potato

Finely chop the onion, serrano pepper and coriander. Cut the beefsteak into thin strips and set aside.
Cook the potatoes in a medium deep pot with salt for 15 minutes. Let cool and cut in half and half in three parts to obtain segments. Set aside
Mix the olive oil, paprika and salt in a bowl with the balloon whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the potato segments and meat strips to the oil-paprika mixture and stir well. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat the grill and when it is very hot place the potato segments and let them cook for a few minutes on each side. Remove and in the same grill add the strips of meat and continue cooking until they are cooked.
To prepare the sauce to accompany, mix in the bowl the onion, chili and chopped coriander and add the avocado cut in small squares and season with salt, mix well.
To serve, place potatoes and strips of meat on a plate and add some of the avocado mixture. Serve immediately.
Grilled Marinated Steak Recipe
Grilled marinated steak is delicious in the mouth! The marinade of soy sauce, honey and garlic does the trick for this cut of meat, let’s see.
A tender steak is a lean cut of meat, something tough but tasty that benefits from the softening effects of a marinade. It is best cooked medium rare and thinly sliced at an angle over the grain of the meat.
Prepared this way, marinated, cooked quickly over high heat, in thin slices, flank steak practically melts in your mouth. This recipe calls for grilling the steak, but if you don’t have a grill, you can also prepare the meat in a large cast-iron skillet.
2 pounds of beef fillet
1/3 cup of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make Grilled Marinated Beef Steak
Marinate the beef fillet (Cool and marinate for at least 2 hours and overnight).
Prepare your grill for high direct heat with a portion of the grill for low indirect heat.
Grill the steak from (but make sure there is still a coating on it, you will want the oil to help prevent the steak from sticking to the grill).
Set aside the beef steak (10-15 minutes).
Slice the muscle fibers of the beef steak.
