My name is Eric and I am the editor of Chocolates and Figs. The site was started by a former client of mine, Jayne Georgette back in 2010. She was unable to continue the site for reasons I am not familiar with, so I have taken it on myself to restore the wonderful content and mission Georgette had for it.
