Pasta Salad Recipe You’ve Never Tried Before

In today’s post, apart from continuing with our list of favourite salads for the summer, we bring you this delicious and easy recipe for pasta salad.

This salad admits any kind of ingredient as long as it is fresh, which is the feeling we want to achieve in summer salads. In this case it has some ingredients that fit very well and make it an easy salad to make and highly recommended to get out of the way.

Here is the recipe!

Quantity: 4 persons
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20 minutes

Coloured fusili paste
Turkey breast in cubes
2 cans of tuna
1 can of corn
1 Granny Smith apple
1 jar of mayonnaise
Cheese cubes for salads
Utensils needed
A casserole
A bowl

Cook the pasta (about 300 gr.) for about 12 minutes (depending on the type of pasta, I usually try it until it is al dente, which is how I like it best).
Cut the turkey breast (at least half of the turkey roll) and the apple into not too big cubes and put them in the bowl.
Drain the tuna and corn and put them both in the bowl along with the apple and the turkey cubes.
Add the cheese cubes to the salad.
When the pasta is ready, cool it with cold water and drain it.
Add the pasta to the bowl along with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Add the mayonnaise (to taste). If it is a small bowl, the normal thing to do is to add it whole, so that it remains juicy.
Finally, try it and if necessary add some salt.
And that’s it! Now you have a delicious and easy pasta salad to enjoy wherever you want!
If you like mayonnaise you can also dress it with oil and vinegar. This form allows other ingredients such as tomatoes, eggs, etc.
