Shrimp Stir Fry with Sautéing Oil
You don’t have to do much with shrimp to make them rich. But when they go as a side dish or as a hot dish, this recipe is ideal. It’s simple, rich, and quick.
Besides, eating seafood is good for any diet.
– Shrimp. (Amount to taste)
– Sautéing oil. (Less than when you fry)
– Green leaves (chives, coriander, parsley, basil, etc.) Whichever you decide to use. You can combine)
– Olive oil. (Optional and to taste)
– Dressings. (Salt, garlic powder, merken, etc)
Boil the shrimp until soft. If they have skin, peel them. Put some oil in a frying pan and wait until it is hot. Once ready, place the shrimp, season to taste and brown slightly. Once browned, put them on a plate or the dish itself and sprinkle with finely chopped green leaves.
* At the moment of serving, you can put a touch of olive oil on the shrimps. They will be even more delicious.
